What is the turn around time on products?ON HAND PRODUCTS AND READY TO SHIP WIGS - up to one business day, Please allow 1-3 shipping days through USPS ALL CUSTOM and PREMADE UNITS : 10-21 Business days, not including holidays. BUNDLE DEALS: 7-10 Business days Please allow an additional 1-3 business days for your items to arrive through USPS (signature is REQUIRED to protect both ends of the transaction.) *Please read policy page, business days start after payment is fully processed.

What is the refund and return policy?Due to COVID_19 and the nature of this business all sales are FINAL . no refunds or returns on hair or products.

Does Grand Beauty ship worldwide?Yes! We ship internationally. Additional shipping fees may apply and shipping takes 3-6 days after item is shipped.

Does Grand Beauty offer local pick up?Yes you can select the “pick up” button at check out or if you are inquiring pick up with questions, please email grandbeautycollc@gmail.com. Remember not to fill out or select shipping at check out

Can I book an install with Grand Beauty after purchasing a custom wig?Yes if you would like to get a custom wig installed you must purchase at least two weeks or more to be ready for your appointment NOTHING LATER. If you would like a pre made wig installed please purchase your wig at least one week before! - To book you can click the "Book Me" tab which will take you to my booking link. (Yes I accept wigs and hair from other companies )

When inquiring about a current or previous order please contact me through Email. I will not communicate through text or DM. refer to the "contact" tab
Please put your CORRECT shipping address into pay pal, it cannot be changed!
All custom unit orders require a signature to protect us both!
If you are placing a wig order with our hair please allow a 1-2 business day PROCESSING/PRODUCTION time plus an additional 10-18 business days (DOES NOT INCLUDE HOLIDAYS OR WEEKENDS) turnaround for your unit to be completed.
Grand beauty is NOT responsible for any damaged, delayed or LOST packages after you receive your tracking number.
Grand beauty is NOT responsible for any improperly fit units if you failed to send in your correct head measurement size. If you have a question about head measurements or head to the FAQ's above to locate to chart.
